Ms. French, a successful entrepreneur, has over 30 years of senior executive experience. Ms. French is the founder, president, and CEO of Terra Nova, leading an accomplished team in providing clinical documentation management for healthcare facilities throughout Canada and the U.S.
A respected leader in the medical technology industry, she is serving her third elected term as a Director of the Clinical Documentation Industry Association, the world’s only trade association representing the management and delivery of clinical documentation services. She has also served in various board capacities with Junior Achievement, YM-YWCA Enterprise Centre, Habitat for Humanity, and the St. John’s Airport Authority. She is a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International and has served for more than twenty years as a Rotarian.
Hannah Zook, RHIA
Director of Health Information Services
Hannah Zook is a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) professional with over 10 years of HIM/Revenue Cycle experience. She currently holds the position of Director of Health Information Services for Terra Nova Transcription where she is responsible for Terra Nova’s health information management service line, operations and strategic direction of the ongoing quality and efficiency for all areas of the Terra Nova customer experience.

Shasta Williams has over 18 years experience in the computer industry with 12 years experience in supporting the Nuance Enterprise Express suite of software. She is A+ and MCP certified and holds a security clearance for the U.S. Military. Shasta is readily available to assist employees and clients with any IT needs while simultaneously maintaining Terra Nova Transcriptions diverse technical information systems.
